Simple, fair terms so you can focus on your day, not your equipment.
Every rental includes camcorder(s), memory cards, charged batteries, and a quick-start guide for your guests. Editing of the collected footage into your final cinematic film is included in every tier.
$150 refundable security deposit is held at the time of booking and released after all equipment is safely returned and checked in.
Minor wear and tear from normal use is covered and will never come out of your deposit. Equipment that is lost, stolen, or majorly damaged will be billed at replacement cost. Please notify us immediately if any damage or loss occurs during your event so we can help.
Equipment is delivered or shipped ahead of your event date and is expected back within the agreed return window outlined in your booking confirmation. Local clients in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland can arrange drop-off and pickup directly with us. Clients outside this area will receive kits by prepaid shipping with a return label included.
Life happens, and wedding dates change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you on your deposit and booking. Full cancellation terms will be outlined in your signed rental agreement.
Your final film is typically delivered within 3 to 5 weeks after your wedding date, depending on season.
